Cambridge & Counties Appoint Barnsdales

Barnsdales have been appointed to the valuation panel of Cambridge & Counties Bank.

Ryan Dunphy MRICS, Senior Surveyor at Barnsdales commented "we were recommended to Cambridge & Counties by another business; following which we were required to pitch to 6 of their team representing the North & Scotland and the East Midlands offices and we are delighted we were subsequently appointed to their valuation panel. The work will encompass both commercial and residential property and we will be providing secured lending valuations". 

Ryan went on to say "this is a further endorsement of our valuation credentials and is another significant appointment for the valuation team having recently been appointed to Handelsbanken valuation panel at the end of 2019. Last year we undertook over 300 loan security valuations and we now anticipate this number will grow on the back of these recent appointments".
