Directors Away Day

The Directors of Barnsdales gathered in Sheffield this week for an away day to strategise about the business and future plans. The day was chaired and hosted by Jayne Chudley and independent business coach and mentor who has already been working with the Directors.

The day involved a series of sessions tearing up the old business plan and looking to the future five years ahead.

The day concluded in a few beers and a formal dinner where ideas continued to flow.

Overall it was a very successful day (and evening) with some ambitious plans being agreed upon, the Directors also agreed to meet again in January to push ahead with the new business plan......exciting times ahead.
