The lots to watch out for ahead of this month’s auction

Published: 21st June 2021

With over 150 registered bidders raising over £1.1m in property sales at our last auction in April, this month's online sale offers a variety of residential opportunities - both vacant and tenanted!

This June, we have a number of lots available in Hull, Stoke-on-Trent, Doncaster and Goole, with potential buyers coming from across the UK to bid on our online platform.

Interested parties can browse our catalogue of available properties before the online auction takes place on Wednesday 30th June, and some lots are available to view in-person for potential buyers.

Our director & head auctioneer, James Vandenbrook, said:

“We’re delighted to once again host another online property auction at the end of this month, and are expecting a busy day after the huge success of April’s sale!

“We’ve got a real mix of lots available to bid on - from terrace properties, road access and land with residential potential, making auction day really diverse.

“Our online auctions have incredible potential to both sellers and buyers, and the system now is far more accessible than it used to be in our traditional auction hall. Not only have we found the online system to be more convenient and accessible, the final moments are just as exciting as people compete to become the highest bidder before the lot closes.”

Here are James’ top three property listings that will be available in June’s online auction:

Land with residential potential, Goole, South Yorkshire

With a guide price of £68,000, this rural plot, standing on 5.04 acres, has bags of residential potential. The land has previously had planning permission for the erection of a Dutch barn, and with direct roadside access from Flashey Carr Lane, this plot could produce fantastic turnover for a keen property developer.

Three-bedroom terrace in Edlington, Doncaster

This 3-bed home located on Princes Crescent, Edlington, Doncaster, is the perfect property if you’re looking for great rental potential. With its current residential investment generating £5,400 per annum, the guide price of this property - £25,000+ - could be a fantastic deal for it’s new owner.

Two-bedroom terrace in Tunstall, Stoke-on-Trent

Centrally located within walking distance of four local parks, this 2-bed terrace is in an ideal location for rental potential. Priced for sale at £64,000, this property has a current residential investment producing £4,788 per annum, plus it comes with a private rear yard.
