James has a Real Estate Degree from Northumbria University.

He previously worked for the NPS Group and Garness Jones in Hull, the Ashcourt Group and for the 5 years prior to joining Barnsdales he worked at Northern Trust involved in a large multi let industrial and office portfolio.

James works in the commercial agency team, he has excellent local and regional clients and market contacts.
